Strategic operates a centralized customer support facility in our Ramsey, NJ offices.  We support all of our products from this centralized facility.  In addition, our technical support group provides installation and training services for our products throughout North America.

When our technical support staff is not serving our customers, we expect that they will be using the time to learn skills that will enable their advancement within our technical support group.

This is an entry level position with significant growth potential.  Successful candidates will have a thorough understanding of IBM personal computers.  Knowedge of IBM AS/400 servers or networking technology is a plus.  Preference will be given to condidates who are bilingual English / Spanish.
